The Marina has been developed to safely and efficiently handle a variety of craft up to 260 feet in length. Well-protected, this 23.5 acre deepwater facility is truly one of a kind, with an extensive system of floating docks and a channel into the marina uniquely constructed to "break" the waves that can occur from daily traffic and weather conditions. Additionally, the marina uses a combination of systems to con­stantly aerate, flush and pump its waters through a network of viaducts.

The Marina at Emerald Bay will offer the finest amenities and services. The facilities for boat owners will reflect a constant commitment to quality and attention to detail. The marina will provide 180 spaces of dry storage for craft up to 35 feet, designed to Hurricane 5 standards. With one call, residents' boats can be checked, removed from storage, serviced and delivered to the dock. For boats in the wet slips, access to utilities, such as electricity, water, cable TV, Inter­net and telephone will be available to all. For large yachts, the marina will have the capability of pro­viding up to 400-arnp/three-phase power. The full-service, highly efficient fuel dock will main­tain a supply of 90,000 gallons with 130 gpm delivery of diesel fuel and high-grade gasoline.

Marina guests choosing to stay on their boats will benefit from a fully stocked ship's store, as well as showers, restrooms and changing facilities, and large ground-floor crew facilities.

For relaxation, The Marina will feature a beautiful pool deck and healthclub as well as an indoor/outdoor restaurant and bars. Golf cart rentals will be available for transportation throughout the resort, as well as motor scooter rentals for island excursions.  Watersports equipment rentals, diving, snorkeling and sailing trips through the cays, fishing charters, guided "eco-trips," sunset cruises and customized special events are also offered. Those who want to make their overnight stop truly special will be able to access all the services and amenities as a guest of the Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma at Emerald Bay.
